These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phalaro platform and all services offered therein. By registering an account or using phalaro, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them in full before playing.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the phalaro platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to all online gaming operators in the Philippines. phalaro strictly enforces this requirement through identity verification procedures.
2.2 Jurisdictional Access. Access to phalaro is intended for players located in the Philippines. 2.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual may register only one (1) phalaro account. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes material grounds for account suspension.
2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or use phalaro: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees of phalaro or affiliated entities; (c) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from phalaro or from gambling under PAGCOR's exclusion registries; (d) persons who have been compulsorily excluded by a court or regulatory order.
3.1 Registration Information. When registering a phalaro account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a valid email address. You further agree to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. PAGCOR regulations require phalaro to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (including but not limited to: passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, UMID, or PhilSys national ID). phalaro reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at its discretion.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phalaro account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phalaro will not be liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 Account Inactivity. An account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. phalaro reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified before any deductions are applied.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phalaro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and over-the-counter at authorized retail partners including 7-Eleven. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). phalaro does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within phalaro's published timeframes. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are typically completed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be complete; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the available Real Money Balance; (c) any active wagering requirements on Bonus Balance must be separately satisfied before Bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal; (d) the withdrawal must comply with the applicable payment method's minimum and maximum transaction limits.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and applicable PAGCOR directives, phalaro may request documentation to establish the source of funds for large or unusual transactions. phalaro reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse withdrawal requests where it suspects financial crime, fraud, or non-compliance with applicable law.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phalaro are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion. Where the terms of a specific promotion conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses credited to your phalaro account are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the point of offer.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phalaro monitors for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk or hedging bets to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; and any coordinated activity designed to extract promotional value without legitimate play. Where bonus abuse is detected, phalaro reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and suspend the affected account.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances with unmet wagering requirements may expire after a period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on phalaro is governed by its individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result recorded in phalaro's server logs shall be definitive, provided the recorded result is consistent with the game's published rules and the applicable RNG certification.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game session, phalaro reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. phalaro shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures that are outside its reasonable control, including failures attributable to third-party game providers or payment processors.
6.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void by phalaro where: (a) they were placed in error due to a manifest pricing error or system malfunction; (b) the relevant game or event was cancelled or suspended before conclusion; or (c) the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Void bets will be refunded at stake value.
7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. phalaro is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
7.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. phalaro provides the following tools accessible from your account settings: (a) Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts; (b) Loss Limits — cap the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period; (c) Session Timers — receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play; (d) Reality Checks — periodic notifications of time spent and amounts wagered; (e) Self-Exclusion — immediately suspend your phalaro account for a minimum period of six (6) months, with no possibility of early reinstatement.
7.3 Mandatory 21+ Enforcement. phalaro will immediately close any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21. All funds in such accounts will be forfeited. If you are aware of a minor accessing the phalaro platform, you are encouraged to report this to our support team immediately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phalaro platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
9.1 Platform Content. All content on the phalaro platform — including but not limited to the phalaro name, logo, visual design, software, game content, text, graphics, and data — is the proprietary property of phalaro or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
9.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phalaro platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or exploit any phalaro content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
10.1 Platform Availability. phalaro does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network issues, and third-party failures may result in temporary unavailability. phalaro will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
10.2 Maximum Liability. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, phalaro's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phalaro account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Exclusions. phalaro shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (b) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (c) losses attributable to third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers; or (d) losses resulting from events beyond phalaro's reasonable control.
11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your phalaro account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements or suspected fraudulent activity.
11.2 Termination by phalaro. phalaro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with or without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (d) you are identified as a person subject to a self-exclusion or court-ordered exclusion from gambling.

Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address associated with their phalaro account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the phalaro platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and phalaro, you should first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to a competent court in the Philippines having appropriate jurisdiction.
13.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe phalaro has not fulfilled its obligations under PAGCOR regulations, you may lodge a formal complaint with PAGCOR directly through the regulatory body's published complaint procedures.
